Modern Rites of Passage.
Marking and honouring the transitions of human life with nature as guide.

  • The mid-life transition - 12 month programme

The soul forges us under the pressure of life events that we don’t choose, expect or see coming. Never more so than in mid-life. There is a helplessness to this that we are invited to surrender into. The surrender is to soul wisdom itself.

In this nature-rooted 12 month journey of self development we move inwards guided by your story, natures mirror and the transformative space of ceremony. Here, moss becomes metaphor, silence a teacher, and the more-than-human world a co-facilitator.

With your feet in soil and psyche open, we invite the emergence of a wiser self—one that knows how to compost the old and tend the yet-to-be of the mid-life transition.

  • SOUL-O - My One Wild Life

Amid the hush of wild spaces, the Soul-o fast calls us to solitude—not as escape, but as sacred encounter.

This rite, inspired by diverse earth-honouring traditions, invites each participant to step away from noise and normality, and into direct relationship with the living world. Like the Indigenous North American vision quest—with deep respect for its cultural and ceremonial origins—we honour the impulse to be alone with land, to listen beyond ego, and to mark thresholds with intention.

Our SOUL-O rite is in three stages, PREPARATION - The Walk In (3×1.5hrs online), LIMINALITY - The Wilderness Solo Fast. (11 days) and EMBODIMENT - The Return to Life (3× 1.5hrs online) and 4-day in-person meet.

Taking place over 12 mths with online holding in-between. This way there is incorporation into your life and it doesn’t just become another opportunity for spiritual consumerism.

  • Soul-O Encounters - An introduction to the work of soulmaking in nature

This four-day immersion offers a gentle yet profound initiation into soulmaking as companion, mirror, and co-collaborator in our inner unfolding.

Through guided wanderings, elemental rituals, and periods of solo time on the land, participants begin to sense the soul's language in leaf, stone, and sky.

Drawing inspiration from cross-cultural rites of passage and nervous-system attuned practice, we explore what nature teaches.

Each day we meet in group and tend to the nervous system and our thoughts and feelings. We deepen into dialogue with the more-than-human world, gathering fragments, metaphors, and felt insights that feed the return to daily life with enchantment and meaning.
